Ronny Janson is a European Patent Attorney and holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering and he has a vast and extensive technical knowledge within many different fields of technology. He has a long experience from working with inventions in many different fields of technology such as machines, engines, construction systems, energy systems, control systems and medical appliances.

Ronny further has an extensive experience of evaluating product development in order to identify patentable matter based on the desires of the clients and to draft patent applications and process applications vis-à-vis patent authorities. Ronny also has a long experience of assisting clients in obtaining design protection in regard to their products.

He is frequently engaged in conflict matters in order to defend the interest of the client and to challenge counter parties to the clients in connection with opposition matters as well as infringement proceedings before the court. Ronny often assist clients with strategic as well as specific advices in intellectual property matters based on the desires and needs the client has.

Ronny is a highly regarded and much appreciated seminar speaker and he is used to handle education in patent questions at different levels and he happily is active in raising the level of competence and awareness for patents and other IP-rights among his clients.

He has further been responsible for the education within the Swedish Patent Association in connection with ethical and liability matters. Ronny has further been the president of the Association of Swedish Patent Firms and for the Patent Attorney Association and he has also been a member of the EPI- council. Ronny has previously been working at the Swedish Patent Office, where he was responsible for the professional training of patent examiners.
